Yes, absolutely. We recommend applying Le Balm after Retinol and Vitamin C. In combination with Retinol, Le Balm helps to reduce irritation and skin dryness. 
When used with Vitamin C, it can help reduce irritation and reinforce the skin's protection against UV rays (stem cells from prickly pears provide photoaging protection).

Le Balm is non-comedogenic and therefore suitable for oily and acne-prone skin. It contains lipids and fatty acids that mimic the texture of the skin to help moisturize and protect, without sitting on the surface and clogging pores.

Depending on how much you use Le Balm, it can last anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months. For example, when used morning and night, it will usually last 6 weeks and if used once a day it should last up 2/3 months. 

Unopened, Le Balm has a shelf life of 3 years. Once opened, it has a PAO (Period-After-Opening) of 11 months. 

Yes, Le Balm is vegan and cruelty-free. Bonjout Beauty is cruelty-free and will never test on animals.

The sophisticated scent of Le Balm is derived from the essential oil of wild rose. It has been added in minimal quantities to minimize the risk of any potential reactions. Le Balm is certified to be hypoallergenic. 

Yes, all of our products are free of parabens.

Absolutely! Our award-winning solid serum, Le Balm, comes in a refillable format. Its macaron case can be replenished indefinitely using a refill pod. Plus, it's worth noting that both the pod and its outer packaging are fully recyclable, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.

Our Brand

Bonjout Beauty was founded by Dr. Natacha Bonjout, a French Pharm.D. doctor. The brand is dedicated to providing skincare solutions that result in optimal and long term skin radiance. 

All of our products are made in France. The plant native cells used in our products are native to the French Riviera and our Bonjout Beauty lab is located in the South of France. 

Yes, all Bonjout Beauty products have been tested by a dermatologist and are suitable for all skin types. They are hypoallergenic and have been formulated for sensitive skin.

Yes! Our products have been clinically tested on 32 volunteers over a 28 day period.

There is no universal standard or guideline for ‘free from’ ingredients in clean beauty. As a result, Dr. Bonjout conducted her own research and decided to exclude 2,100 potentially harmful ingredients from our formulas (going well beyond the strictest regulations in Europe which currently ban 1,376 ingredients). Some of the ingredients Bonjout Beauty excludes from its formulations are:

Bonjout Beauty is committed to sustainability. This is why our refill pods, cartons and outer sleeves are all recyclable. Secondary paper packaging is FSC certified. Beyond this, Le Balm's macaron case is refillable for endless use. We try to reduce as much as we can the use of plastic in our packaging. The outside part of our packaging is made of aluminum.

We also have a sustainable biotechnology ingredient sourcing system where the Bonjout Beauty lab is able to extract and multiply whole native stem cells from living plants, unlike traditional extraction processes which cut and ultimately kill thousands of plants. We practice “conscious beauty” which means that we do not use ingredients known to harm the planet.

Yes, we currently offer 10% off your first order when you sign up to our newsletter. You will receive your code via email. This offer is for new customers only and can only be redeemed once.

Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless specified otherwise.

To apply your discount code, simply enter it at checkout in the ‘Discount Code’ field. Don’t forget to click apply! If the code is not working, please double check there are no spelling errors. Subscription

Select the ‘Subscribe & Save’ option when adding Le Balm Refill to your cart. You can adjust the frequency to have it delivered every 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks. For customers using Le Balm morning and night, Dr. Natacha Bonjout recommends beginning with a 6-week subscription plan. Don’t worry, you can adjust it later (after two deliveries). You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your next delivery. Et voilà, your radiant skin routine at your door.

You can log into your account to modify your subscription at any time. You can adjust frequency of deliveries, quantity, delivery address from your account. You also have the option to skip a delivery if you’re out of town. Changes will take effect when your subscription renews (when we charge your card) and will not affect any orders currently in process. 
Please note you must commit to two billing cycles/two deliveries of Le Balm Refill before modifying or canceling your subscription.

You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your next shipment processes, giving you the ability to make any changes.
