Shipping & Returns
We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, as fast as possible.
We currently ship to the United States, including U.S States Alaska and Hawaii, and U.S territories Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. We are able to accept P.O. Boxes in the U.S only and with standard shipping (USPS). And we are now shipping to Canada as well.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S via USPS (3-8 business days, depending on the shipping location) and to Canada via DHL.
You can also choose expedited shipping for a $20 flat fee (U.S. only, 2-3 business days).
For expedited shipping option, please note the following cut-off time:
orders placed before 12pm EST on business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
We are not able to ship to ship internationally at this time, but we are working on expanding to Europe and additional countries as soon as possible. Feel free to let us know where you would like to see us go next by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please review your shipping information at checkout to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us immediately with your order info at email@example.com. While we cannot make any promises, we will do our best to try and accommodate your request. Note that address change may result in additional charges.
While we will always try to ensure that your order is delivered to you on time, we are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping such as local delivery errors, international customs issues and any condition beyond our control.

Orders Cancellations & Modifications
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to email@example.com immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel single items from an order. If you order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items.
We hope you will love our products as much as we loved making them and using them. But if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide a refund for any product new, unused, unopened, ordered within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (do not forget to include your order number) with the products you'd like to return and we will get back to you with directions. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damaged Product/Wrong Order
If the product(s) you ordered was delivered damaged and/or you did not receive the product you ordered, we apologize as it is certainly not the experience we want you to have with Bonjout Beauty. Contact us at email@example.com and we will address the issue directly. Please include pictures of the product (damaged or wrongly delivered) in your email so we can resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
